Constant Change

As with all web content, the written pieces added to this site are “living” entries meaning that nothing posted here is safe from revision. (In fact, the previous sentence has been augmented three times since its original posting.)
If you scroll down, you might notice I made substantial changes to the piece I added earlier in the week about election day. I’d originally taken a lighter approach than what you see below, but I felt the tone was off for the significance of the moment.
That’s just one example of the pieces I’ve gone back and modified. If there’s a piece that you enjoyed here, you might take a look back and see if it’s intact. Hopefully, you’ll find it much improved and in better shape now than the earlier draft that appeared online.
Sometimes I draw ideas and actual words for projects I am developing directly from these entries. Any time I use excerpts from this blog in actual articles, I delete the copy from this site. Those are the only occasions in which these posts might not be “bettered” in the traditional sense.
